HOW TO BE AN EX-VEGAN


KEEPING THE SPIRIT OF VEGANISM

If you cannot be healthy on a vegan diet, and you have to buy food,
then becoming a milk-drinking vegetarian, is the next best diet.

If you have pet hens, who you could look after well, then you could eat their eggs.


VEGAN IN SPIRIT

People like me,
who are milk-drinking vegetarians for health reasons,
are still keeping the spirit of veganism,
by being vegan - 'as far as is possible and practicable'.

But, organic food eating 'vegans' are not keeping the spirit or the letter of the veganism. Because, they are eating food that has been fertilised with blood and bone and sprayed with fish emulsion.


MILK-DRINKING VEGETARIAN


WHAT IF EVERYONE DID THAT?

If everyone, became a milk-drinking vegetarian,
then it would be the end of every meat-producing industry:

1: the end of the fishing industry;
2: the end of the pig industry;
3: the end of the beef-cattle industry;
3: the end of the meat-poultry industry.

And, the end of the egg-poultry industry.

Removing beef, could reduce cattle in Australian, by 90%.
But, the number of dairy-cattle could double or triple,
so the overall reduction could be 70% to 80%.



VEGETARIAN DIETS
HAVE BEEN PROVEN TO BE HEALTHY

Human beings and other primates have always eaten other animals.

And, while it has been proved, over hundreds of years,
with millions of people, in countries such as India,
that human beings, in general, can be healthy vegetarians,
raising healthy children, there is no such, long-term, large-scale, evidence for vegan diets.

Indeed, there is a lot of evidence of people, having got sick on vegan diets. 
And, of then having recovered their health, by adding animal foods, such as milk or eggs, to their diet.
VEGAN DIETS ARE DANGEROUS
ESPECIALLY FOR PREGNANCY AND BABIES

Sadly, some babies, have had irreversible nerve and brain damage,
due to vegan diets.
And, some babies have died.
Because, even breast milk can be deficient, if the mothers are on a vegan diet.


VEGAN DIETS ARE EXPERIMENTAL DIETS

1: No human society, throughout history and pre-history, has ever been proved to have been vegan.
2: No primate has ever been proved to be naturally vegan.

And, most people who try to be vegans fail within their first year.

Often due to the ill-health caused by their vegan diet.



MANAGING OTHER PEOPLE AS AN EX-VEGAN

The only people you are likely to have problems with are 'ethical' vegans.


WINNING AN ARGUMENT
WITH AN 'ETHICAL' VEGAN

Most 'ethical' vegans are hypocrites who eat organic food.

So, ask them if they eat organic food.

Most do.

Then tell them that organic food is grown in:

1: chicken dung from factory farms;
2: cattle manure from cattle feed lots;
3: blood and bone from abattoirs;
and,
4: sprayed with fish emulsion.


Many health-vegans genuinely do not care, about eating food grown in chicken dung, from factory farms.

But, some 'ethical' vegans do.
And, when you tell them about their unnecessary, organic food eating, they are likely to stop bullying you about your, necessary for your health, milk-drinking.




HUMANE EXIT

Just.
Go back to drinking milk from 1 cow.
[The average Australian Dairy Cow produces 8000 litres of milk per year.]
And.
Not back to eating more than 1000 animals.
[As the average Australian animal-eater does.]

And.
If you give up organic food, which has been fertilised with blood and bone and sprayed with fish-emulsion, for any type of milk, then you will have a more humane diet.

And, can use this against the organic food eating, 'ethical' vegans, who give you a hard time.
Or.
If you like pets, and will look after them, then you could get 2 pet hens, and eat their eggs.




HEALTH EXIT


Still consider the animals.

Eat dairy.
Or, pet-hen eggs.

I do not think that there is any such thing as humane meat.

Although you could eat road-kill if you like.

But, since fish eat other fish, you could reduce the number of animals killed, by eating fish - especially sharks.

[Eat a shark and save a seal or a dolphin.] 


DO NOT FORGET
WHY YOU BECAME A VEGAN

Most people become vegans for humane to animals or health reasons.

Unfortunately, most ex-vegans become animal-eaters, and kill more than 1000 animals.

Instead of becoming milk-drinking vegetarians, and exploiting only 1 animal. Or, eating eggs from pet hens.

And, so still keeping the spirit of veganism, by being vegan - 'as far as is possible and practicable'



MOST HUMANE DIETS


MILK-DRINKING

If you want to be humane to animals then drink milk.

If you drank 2 litres of milk per week for 80 years then you would drink 8000 litres of milk.
And, 1 Australian dairy cow can produce that much milk in 1 year.

I think that, if you have the genes to digest milk as an adult, then milk-drinking vegetarianism, is also the healthiest diet.

If you do not have the genes then you can try yoghurt and older, matured cheeses.
If you are allergic to cows' milk, then you could try another animals' milk, such as goats' milk.


EGG-EATING

Commercially, it is 1 hen every year or two, if you eat 6 eggs per week.
That is 40 to 80 hens for an 80-year lifetime.

But, pet hens can be a humane way of producing your own eggs.

If you do not have a rooster, then the eggs will not be fertile, and so you will not be killing a potential chicken.


FISH-EATING

Fish, in oceans, have a natural life before they are caught.



And, if you eat sharks, you may well save dolphins and seals from being eaten by sharks.




HEALTHIEST DIETS

MILK-DRINKING

I think that, if you have the genes for digesting milk as an adult, then milk-drinking vegetarianism is the healthiest diet.
If you do not have the genes then you can try yoghurt and older cheeses.


EGG-EATING

Eggs have everything that meat has.
And, more.
Since eggs have to have everything to produce a complete chicken or duckling.


FISH-EATING

Some of the longest-lived people, such as the Japanese and Okinawans, are also the largest fish-eaters.
[That is natural fish and not farmed-fish.]



WHAT WILL OTHER PEOPLE THINK

When I first became a vegetarian, in Australia, more than 40 years ago, it took me 3 years to find another vegetarian.

I merely told people that I had stopped eating meat because I liked animals. And, everybody accepted that.

Later on I became a vegan for 18 years.

And, then for health reasons, I went back to milk-drinking, in 2010.

In all that time the people, who were the most critical of my diet,
and the only people, who have tried to make me feel guilty about my diet, have been vegans and wannabe vegans.

Invariably 'ethical' vegans.
And, so far, all of them have been 'organic-vegans'.


EX-VEGAN


DEFENDING YOURSELF AGAINST VEGANS


Most people are too busy thinking about themselves to spend too much time on you.
Except 'ethical' vegans.



'ETHICAL' VEGANS

The most vicious attacks on ex-vegans come from 'ethical' vegans.

Especially, that sub-set of 'ethical' vegans, who are often angry, no-bodies with nothing-lives, trying to make themselves feel important to themselves, by putting other people down.

Defending yourself against these 'ethical' vegans is really very easy.

Put the guilt back on them.

Ask them if they eat organic food.

Most will say yes.
[So far, all the ones I have asked, have said yes.]

Tell them that organic food is grown in chicken dung from factory farms.

Then ask them why they are criticising you.


For what you have to do for your health.


When they are financially supporting factory-farms for no reason at all.


If they say that they have to eat organic food to be healthy.

Then tell them that, they have just admitted that true vegan diets, are intrinsically unhealthy.

And, that if they really, cared about animals,
then they would buy milk from free-range grass-fed cows.

And, not organic food, fertilised with chicken dung from factory farms and blood bone and sprayed with fish-emulsion.


Most will now get angry.

And, either refuse to talk to you.
Or, babble on about some irrelevancy.

But, hold them to the point.

They are financially supporting factory-farms.
And, that is immoral.
Just ask any 'ethical' vegan.



HEALTH VEGANS

You are unlikely to need to defend yourself against health-vegans.

These are more rational vegans.
Only interested in themselves.


So you tried vegan.
It did not work for you.
Move on.


Unfortunately, 
most ex-vegans move on to eating animals,
when milk-drinking was probably all they needed.

And, 
if you really must eat animals, 
then eat the larger fish, 
who eat the smaller fish. 


BENEFITS
OF HAVING BEEN A VEGAN

You can still take with you, a greater appreciation of raw fruit, nuts and vegetables, in your diet.

The benefits of a plant-based diet.

And, now that you have added animal products to your plant diet, you can have a healthy plant-based diet.



VEGAN IDENTITY

Now you know that a milk-drinking vegetarian is far more humane than an organic-eating 'vegan'.

And, since you need dairy for your health, you are still as humane as you can be in this world.

You are still keeping the spirit of veganism,

by being vegan - 'as far as is possible and practicable'.


Indeed,
if you have moved from an organic-eating 'vegan',
to a milk-drinking vegetarian,
you have become far more humane.

And, so can call yourself a lacto-vegan.




5 MINUTE VEGANS

The most critical vegans have often only being vegans for a few months to a few years.
[And, almost all of them are organic-vegans anyway.]

They think that vegan diets are the perfect diets for everyone.

But, they are still in the detox phase.
Their deficiency phase is yet to come.



GENETIC DIFFERENCES

Vegan fundamentalists do not allow for the genetic differences in people.

Milk-drinking: if you have the genes for it then milk-drinking is very healthy.
Otherwise, you can eat yoghurt and the older, more matured cheeses.

Starch-eating: some people have more genes to be able to digest more starch than other people.

Gluten-eating: some people get sick from gluten - others do not.

Soy-eating: many vegans get sick from eating too much soy and soy 'milk'.



ILL-HEALTH ON A VEGAN DIET

Common ill-health effects of vegan diets include:

Tooth and gum damage leading to;
break down and eventual loss of teeth.

Blood damage leading to:
aneamia;
fatigue;
slow recovery;
slow healing.

Nerve damage leading to:
a tingling numbness in the finger-tips;
ringing in the ears;
loss of physical balance;
memory loss;
depression;
anxiety;
emotional fragility;
dementia.



VEGAN PROPAGANDA

Vegan Propagandists say that Vegan Diets are suitable for all stages of life.

That if you fail it is because you were:

too lazy;
too stupid;

too ignorant;
did not care enough.

That you were not prepared to suffer enough. 
[If vegan diets were natural, and healthy, then why would you need to suffer at all anyway.]


Some will even say that, you were never a real vegan anyway.

And that,
coming from people who eat organic food,
grown in blood and bone,
chicken dung from factory farms,
and sprayed with fish emulsion.

That, is called projection.




FACTS


Cows' milk-drinking as an adult is natural.

80% of modern Europeans,
including 90% of Northern Europeans,
have evolved, to have the genes, 
to be natural life-time cows' milk drinkers.


Vegan diets are unnatural.

No human society has ever been proved to have been vegan.
No primate have ever been proved to be vegan.



 The longest-lived people, 
such as Okinawans, 
tend to be fish-eaters.
That is natural fish-eaters and not farmed fish-eaters.

WHY BE AN EX-VEGAN

WHY DO VEGANS BECOME EX-VEGANS



Most Vegans become Ex-Vegans because of ill-health due to their vegan diet.
Or, because they find being a Vegan all-to-hard, before they find a vegan diet all-too-unhealthy.

I became a Vegetarian more than 40 years ago because I like animals.
I was a vegan for 18 years before returning to cows' milk drinking for health reasons. 
I now call myself a Lacto-Vegan.

VEGAN DIETS ARE NOT NATURAL


No Human Society of any significant size, throughout history and prehistory, has ever been vegan. 
And, no Simian is a natural vegan.

All Simians naturally eat insects which are high in animal fat, animal protein and vitamin B12.

Our closest genetic relatives, chimpanzees, bonobos, baboons, . . . all hunt and eat other animals, such as gazelles.


VEGAN DIETS ARE EXPERIMENTAL DIETS

Vegan diets are experimental diets.
And, for most people who try to become vegans, vegan diets are experimental diets which end in failure.



VEGAN ANTI-MILK PROPAGANDA


Vegan Propagandists make shallow statements, like:

1: no animal naturally drinks milk as an adult.

And:

2: no animal naturally drinks milk of another species.

But, human beings are not chimpanzees, bonobos, baboons or gorillas [who all eat other animals anyway].



EVOLUTION AND HUMAN HISTORY 

PROVE COWS' MILK 

IS VERY NATURAL AND VERY HEALTHY 

FOR ADULT HUMANS



Human beings have co-evolved with dairying, for at least the last 10,000 years. [4000 years ago, Abraham gave his adult guests milk, to drink.]

So much so, that 2 billion people, because of genetic mutations, and natural selection, can now digest cows' milk like a baby, right throughout their entire lives.

There are at least 5 different genetic mutations that allow adult humans to digest milk like a baby. 

One occurred in Europe, another in Africa, India, Mongolia and the Middle East.  


The spread of just 1 of these genes, in Europe, from just 1 ancestor 7500 years ago, to 80% of modern Europeans, shows just what an evolutionary advantage it has been, for adults to be able to drink and digest cows' milk like a baby.

But, shallow Vegan Propagandists, say that milk-drinking is unhealthy.
When the last 7500 years of human history has proven otherwise.



THERE ARE MORE EX-VEGANS THAN VEGANS 



WHY ARE VEGANS SO NASTY TO EX-VEGANS

Depression, anxiety, insecurity, hypocrisy, self-righteousness and bad-temper are very common among vegans.
And, so when they see an ex-vegan, especially a happy Ex-Vegan, they think that they have the perfect outlet for their pent-up anger.



VEGAN SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS


Vegan self-righteousness, or as psychoanalysts would say, reaction-formation, is a defense mechanism, vegans use to make themselves feel smugly superior to Non-Vegans, to cover up their own inner insecurities and misery.

Misery, which Self-Righteous Vegans want to impose on you, by trying to make you feel guilty and bad about yourself, because you need to eat animal products to be healthy. 



HOW TO WIN AN ARGUMENT WITH A NASTY VEGAN


Just ask them if they eat organic food.

If they say yes.
And, most of them do.

Then tell them that organic food is fertilised with: 

1: blood and bone;
2: chicken dung from factory farms;
3: cattle manure from feed-lots;
4: dairy waste;
5: fish emulsion.



LAY A GUILT-TRIP ON A SELF-RIGHTEOUS VEGAN

After you have got them to admit that they eat organic food.

Tell them that they are financially supporting every form of animal agriculture that is abusing animals.

Tell them that they, personally, are abusing animals in agriculture, cattle, sheep, pigs, poultry, . . .

Tell them that they, personally, are just lying hypocrites, 
when they say that they care about animals.


Do not let them get away with any lame excuses.  

Like they eat organic food because it is good for the environment.
Factory-farms and cattle feed-lots are not good for the environment. 

And, the farmers who came to Australia, and as any Greenie will tell you, "trashed Australia's Environment", were organic farmers.


And, then, when they get angry, tell them that their anger shows, that they know they are self-righteous hypocrites.
